1.For applications made on Taipei e-services online or at convenience stores, please check online or contact us for the pickup deadline from the next business day after application, and bring the required documents to our Foreign Affairs Division to pick up and pay for the certificate by deadline or the application will be cancelled. 2.To shorten the processing time, please provide trial documents from judicial or military judicial authorities, if any. 3.An applicant’s English name on the certificate must be identical to that appearing on the applicant’s passport. 4.If a company or individual has special needs, please contact the Foreign Affairs Division during office hours at 02-23817494 or 02-23752105. 5.Application service at convenience stores is estimated to be available in the second quarter of 2013.
